This period, Petite Section students have been learning about houses and gardens. The students read several books and talked about different rooms of their house. They visited the school garden and discovered a lot of interesting vegetables and flowers there. The students spent a lot of time creating their own gardens out of recyclable materials. They were excited to explore different materials and textures while making various fruit trees (lemon tree, plum tree, orange tree, rambutan tree, etc.). They also made big beautiful flowers, sculptures out of circles and colourful fences for their gardens.
