
Who remembers Jan Masaryk? Diplomat, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Czechoslovakia, under the presidency of Benes, who succeeded his own father Tomas Masaryk, Jan died on March 10th, 1948 in Prague. Less than 15 days after what History has remembered as “the Prague coup” … Suicide? Accident ? Assassination? Our Terminale students were asked to solve this new investigation in the past in History class. Our detectives had to immerse themselves in post-war Prague years and discover the clues allowing them to formulate their reports on what remains today an enigma in History.
