The APQ (Daily Physical Activities) program set up by the Ministry of National Education consists in offering students thirty minutes of short physical activities daily with simple instructions known in advance, which allow them:
  • to be active immediately
  • to practice independently and safely,
  • to alternate table activities and physical expenditure.
It is in this context that each morning, in class, the CE2-CM1B students at Life School Jakarta offer 3 minutes of daily physical activity for an active entry into learning.
